Our attorneys are experienced in handling claims involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, affirmative action, and the Family Medical Leave Act.

Our firm has obtained substantial settlements for female victims of sexual harassment in the workplace. We originated and served as lead co-counsel in gender discrimination class action in Georgia that resulted in a $14 million settlement for the class members and the shattering of the “glass ceiling” that kept female workers from advancing to management positions.
